Default Hello & Appreiate your Advise on My Healtgh Condition

I have been recently diagnosed with
1. Fybromylagia
2. Transient Osteoporosis / Bone Marrow Edema in my Left Knee.

I am taking pain remedies, (Oxycontin, rx by my MD) but would like to know about vitamin supplements and what to stay away from. Intuitively I know that white breads and yeast is not good, cut down caffiene, alcohol, sugar, which I am doing. Im in very good health except that I am in pain every day from the above ailments. Male, 54 years of age.

I welcome feedback and the suggestion of seeing a good nutritionist in 91367.

Thank You.
