Costco is running a sale on Brand name Naturemade SAMe.
Many years ago I joined them just because they had 200mg SAMe for affordable prices! I used SAMe for 10 yrs and my savings on this one item paid my membership many times over. Well I stopped it a year ago thinking I was home free. But I am getting more joint problems after this summer, so I decided to start it up again. Now Costco has 400mg #60 tablets for 39.00 with a $8.00 off coup.for 2 weeks. Even without the $8.00 off it is a buy! I remember 200mg SAMe when I started was $1.50-1.75 a PILL for 200mg. The average dose for severe issues like mine is 400-600mg a day. This new package, works out to $15.00 a month for 400mg a day. This is a mega deal! Some stores like Walgreen's have, buy one get one free on Naturemade. But you never know when that will be so it can be inconvenient to wait for a sale like that. If Costco continues with the 400mg at this price, it will be there every day, like the 200mg used to be. I'll check around the drugstores too...maybe this price reduction will reflect there too. Naturemade has a points system, and for 500pts (about 3 boxes of expensive SAMe or other vits, typically need more purchases,) you get a $7.00 off coupon to use on anything you want. This is done online by typing in the codes on the boxes into their website, and they mail you the coupon. Many people ignore SAMe because of the price. Now it appears it will be much more affordable!
