He hates chewables too. We got him chewable multivitamin and the bottle is sitting in the medicine cabinet. DW plans to use it once she finishes her multivitamin.

Well, you can feed this picky guy Omega-3 eggs, peanut butter, butter substitute spread by Smart Balance, and even some Chicken nuggets!

Lots of smart foods to pick from these days. Smart Balance is one brand.

There are so many gummies now, even for Adults!

We try quite a lot of things but he is autistic and as a result we have limitations on what we can try and what we can not. His speech is delayed so he can not tell us what he feels like when we try these things. Hence, we never force. We try only once, if he spits out, its not gonna work. If he keeps in his mouth, its a piece of cake.
