The Lovely "Mrs. Doc" has a question about Glucosamine/Chondroitin supplements.
Glucosamine Sulfate vs. Glucosamine Hydrochloride -- which, if either, is better than the other (for example, more easily metabolized)? The reason I ask is that we could save $70 at Puritan's Pride over the cost of our regular purchase (NatureMade Triple Flex at Amazon). The other difference between the 2 brands is that Puritan's has a proprietary blend of Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) and Chondroitin Sulfate (1,700 mg total). This versus NatureMade's Chondroitin Sulfate (800 mg) and MSM (750 mg). Thanks, Doc +1
