Default b12

I am breaking out(acne) and noticed that b12 can do this. I also take rla and benfotiamine. Do you think I should lower the dosage or keep taking it. I have been taking 5000mcg b12 jarrow everyday for 5 months.
Thanks

Do you have access to testing, Andrew?

Acne only results with very high doses of B12.

You could cut back after 5 months, to 1000mcg a day or
to use up your 5000mcg only take it once a week or so.

See what happens, then if you don't get tested.

If you see a doctor for a test, stop the B12 for about a week to
get a better more accurate result.
