I started a B12 patch for my daughter and she was very hungry all day long. Does it have anything to do with B12 energy and metabolism qualities? Also just started it so not sure the effects would occur so soon.
My doctor recommends B2, not sure if that is any good, as she suffers from mental fatigue and loopiness. He also said to give magnesium and green tea which seems okay. I've also tried flax / chia / hemp seeds in her meals. Do these help? She just doesn't eat too much fruits or vegetables or meat for that matter... I started giving D3, although she eats plenty of cheese with her pasta. I was planning on giving curcumin down the road. Not sure if I am giving too many supplements at once, and it'll be counter productive.... |

Just curious, is this a young child? I don't have any experience with the B12 patch but know others who get a B12 injection often and I've been taking B12 Methyl tabs for a long time. My multi B contains B2 (riboflavin) but don't take extra, but do take other B's separately.
I don't think it's too much but again, don't know her age. My grandson 15 is a picky eater but he's getting better, how about some good veggie/fruit smoothies...even throw an egg in for protein. My mother gave me egg nogs when I was a kid as I was a skinny kid, not now. Better thin than too fat. Do you see an integrative or naturopath MD? |

Hey Caroline2
Thanks for your inputs. Yeah, she's a picky eater I guess. I should try smoothies, but wasn't very successful with the ones I bought like Naked juice brand. No, haven't found a neuropath MD in my area. Maybe I should see a nutritionist. |
