Default Heart Nutrients to Consider

I have 3 gf's with heart issues. Two with afib and one with a long time heart issue which seems to be worsening as we talked today. This friend comes from a family history of heart issues. Her issue is valve and there is discussion going on about heart surgery.....she HOPES to not have to go there.

My other two friends have this info and I sent it to my other friend today.

I've been taking COQ10, magnesium and DRibose as Dr. S mentions...don't take the Carnatine and take the 3 for prevention at least.

Always do your own research and keep work on healing.
