Hi neuroo

Welcome to NeuroTalk.

It might be an idea if you saw a qualified dietitian.

A dietitian will be able to review what you eat with you.

Very often, as long as somebody eats in a healthy way and does not have any underlying medical problems, their nutritional needs are met from their diet - a dietitian should be able to advise about this.

As far as possible interactions between the many substances that you taking for their alleged cognitive benefits are concerned, the "Interactions Checker" in this site might help you Drugs.com | Prescription Drug Information, Interactions & Side Effects.

You may find this Abstract of a review of the alleged benefits of claimed cognition-enhancing substances of interest The Changing Drug Culture: Use and Misuse of Cognition-Enhancing Drugs. - PubMed - NCBI.
