Link My Lab Results for B Vitamins

Mrs. D,

These are results of my blood work from April of this year. I am so confused as to whether I should continue to take B12 and B6. I did increase B1 Benfotiamine because it is so low.

Could you please tell me if you think I should take supplements for the following vitamins, and if so, what dosage?
