Mrs. D,
These are results of my blood work from April of this year. I am so confused as to whether I should continue to take B12 and B6. I did increase B1 Benfotiamine because it is so low. Could you please tell me if you think I should take supplements for the following vitamins, and if so, what dosage? ![]()

I'd take some thiamine. One capsule of benfotiamine should be enough daily.
The B12 is mostly okay. But I would try the methyl form incase your measurement is picking up mostly non-activated methyl. If you were taking a multivit... and didn't stop it, then some B12 may be part of the result, and not accurate to decide upon. Doctors don't test E normally, so I would still try some for 2-3 months.

If you didn't stop your vitamin before testing some of the results could be from that. But you are still in range anyway as it stands now.
