Default Question re: Vitamin B6 Pyridoxine/P-5-P

Hello All!

I want to begin taking B 6 and I began reading an awesome thread on this forum. It is fairly old from the original poster and honestly, it is way too technical for me.

For Peripheral Neuropathy:

1. Are you all taking the B6 Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate? Versus, not sure what.
2. How much do you take per day? I am reading various accounts on this.
3. Are you taking with food or an empty stomach?

Thank you all in advance! And thanks for making this forum available! I just found it and have found it to be very useful so far!
