can someone reiterate the relationship between vitamin b12 methyl and folic acid, and if its ok to take them both. source naturals actually has a product that contains both, but i was hesitant on buying it, cuz i remembered a post on here which discussed something about it but i forget.

Rose on the peripheral neuropathy board is an expert with vitamin B12. She can answer this.

There is no harm in taking folate with B12.
The one exception is for people with seizure disorders. Overuse of folic acid may undermine seizure control from antiseizure drugs.
