Default A few random supp ?

I know I bought the wrong magnesium so searching through the old threads I got that magnesium lactate or magnesium malate is the best or slowmag? So is slowmag the name of one of these?Which should I get and how much?
Now I had stopped by b12 cause my levels were 1500-2000. I want to start the b complex again I think, would that be ok do you think?I know docs know little about b and I keep asking them about it and get different answers.Lastly Vitamin c should everyone take and how much? Right now I take a womens multi, fish oil,the wrong magnesium 250mg,600 calcium with d 2times a day, glucosamine msn.If anything else is missing thanks.

Regarding the B12, that should be fine. But don't stop it for too long. If you store well, it is likely that you'd be fine for months to a couple of years, but it is not worth the risk.

You might consider cutting back to once a week or stopping altogether for several weeks, and then taking another B12 test (after not having had B12 in any supplemental form for at least a few days). That should give you an idea how well you are storing.

Is that magnesium better then the slowmag? Cause I take calcium 600 with vitamin d already cause I have osteoporosis too. The b complex I bought is nature made super b complex with vitamin c is this good? The pharmacist I talked to when I was asking about 2 kinds said I didn't need it cause I will just pee it out cause I was asking if with my womens multi if it would be too much. I'm hoping my pain doc though I know they are not big on supp will direct me better on Tues.Rose could my levels of 1500-2000 be but that my body isn't using it in a right way. Is there anything that could of thrown those tests off other then if I had taken a supplement before? I feel this can't be right but I had it checked a few times.
