Speaking of liquid vitamins, is anyone drinking acai juice regularly? My hairdresser is drinking a multi juice product that also has this in it and says she feels a little better...although there is a major marketing issue involved here. The Acai juice is also being sold at my local Wild Oats store and is a big hit. They say it is rich in anti-oxidants and also has omega three in it. I have tried it and think it tastes fairly good...although I have it combined with other juices. I have it about twice a month. Some people seem to be going bonkers for it. I vaguely recall Dr. Perricone (book author, has make up and faciall type products), saying it was some sort of youth elixir. It does seem interesting.

Default I do think liquids are absorbed better.

However, vitamins in liquid form may not be as stable on the shelf as
dry versions. So don't leave them lying around for a long time. Make sure they have an expiration date on them.

I am having very good results with Liquigel version of Aleve. I stopped using the tablets a while ago, since they did not work on my leg pain. One liquigel of the new Aleve however works very quickly for me and is lasting all day long.
It is almost as if it were a totally new drug!
I also have good results from the Ionic Fizz (magnesium) supplement, which dissolves into a liquid.

One down side to liquid vitamins is that very large doses are not available that way. Typically only one dose is made to cover everyone.
And they tend to be more expensive/dose.

If they work for you, that's great. But still be careful in selecting things made by reputable companies etc.

Mrs. D's post reminded me of something. Not too long ago, a family member was having terrible toothache pain. He had tried EVERYTHING over the counter to get some relief, before he could get to the right dentist. He tried all the usual analgesics, including regular Advil. Then someone suggested he try Advil Liqui-Gels. For some reason, this worked like a charm! He did have a major problem that required surgery. It really made me wonder...
