Default Supplements for CSF and double vision?

Hi,

My wife has had brain surgery and has CSF collection at the site of surgery, post-op (it's been 4 months now). She's had 1 Lumber Puncture done (very painful!). Also, during the surgery, VI nerve has been "touched!" due to which she has double vision. She also has a history of Nephrotic Syndrome (on steroid)

My question is:
1. Are there some supplements known to "fry off" CSF?
2. Are there some supplements which help in nerve re-generation (VI nerve)?

I'll be eagerly waiting to hear from you.

Cheers,
Savinder
