1. Is there aywhere (in England) that I can buy fish oil (NOT fish liver oil)/EPA&DHA capsules without gelatin? I know Holland & Barratt do fish liver oil with V-caps, but I can't find any of what I want without gelatin. I know flaxssed can help with EPA levels, but it's not as effective.
2. The magnesium citrate tablets I have are really big to swallow and they hurt every time I do so. Do you think it's okay to chew them? Thanks in advance ![]()

You'll have to ask for it in the store.
Just make sure it does not say Cod Liver oil. This is an example of one: http://www.vitaminlady.com/Carlson_L...id_Omega_3.asp You can break the mag citrate up. You can also buy it in a powder. Mag citrate also comes in a liquid..very inexpensive. But you need to measure it carefully to avoid too much and then getting the laxative effect.

Hello Greyhound,
There are EPA/DHA vegan supplements available in a non-gelatin capsule. Here is part of my post on another thread: Quote:
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread6092-3.html I am way overdue to post the results of my EFA testing, on that thread, but have had to give priority to my B12 problems. Paul |
