Chat B-12

My B-12 Level is 165 and I have to take shots every other day. Is there any other way to get my level up without the shot?

Lightbulb oral--

5,000 mcg oral methyl B12 daily on an empty stomach will raise the level
within a month or so. (5,000 mcg=5 milligrams)

We use Jarrow brand, but there are other types. Methyl type is preferred over
cyano (which needs 4 conversion steps in the body since it is not a natural
substance).

If you type methylcobalamin into a search on any vitamin website, you'll find
it. Most of us here use www.iherb.com
because it is fast and 40-50% less than most other places.

If you do find it locally it will be more expensive that way.
