My B-12 Level is 165 and I have to take shots every other day. Is there any other way to get my level up without the shot?

5,000 mcg oral methyl B12 daily on an empty stomach will raise the level
within a month or so. (5,000 mcg=5 milligrams) We use Jarrow brand, but there are other types. Methyl type is preferred over cyano (which needs 4 conversion steps in the body since it is not a natural substance). If you type methylcobalamin into a search on any vitamin website, you'll find it. Most of us here use www.iherb.com because it is fast and 40-50% less than most other places. If you do find it locally it will be more expensive that way.
