While searching the web today I found this excellent site:
http://www.bruceames.org/ Dr. Ames is a very busy and successful biochemist. He developed the Ames Test which our FDA uses to screen new substances for carcinogenic potential. Dr. Ames is very into how aging occurs. Sometimes faster in some people than others. I found this page above very informative. I hope it helps others here understand the importance of proper nutrient support.
