Thank you again. Yes, straining is not good, and I basically have been continuin g to drink more water, take stool softeners, and eat more fiber to help with this. I don't know if this was the cause of my PN.
Thank you for the website it was informative, and I am considering the Guided Nerve Block as treatment down the line.
So you think that the B vitamins and the magnesium would be a good start for supplementation in healing the nerves?
