Wink B vitamins questions....

Hello.
The only vitamins I have in my house are a multivitamin that on occasion I take. I like to think I get alot of mmy vitamins from the foods I eat. However, I have read here about the B vitamins and how important they are in healing nerves among other things.
I bought a B complex bottle of vitamins to take. I look at my fingernails and they are very ridged, don't know what my levels are. Would it hurt to take a b complex? I don't know if it can mix with the meds I take...
