Question May I ask:

What are you trying to accomplish?

There are many ways to increase energy (or diminish brain fog).

1) SAMe (enhances neurotransmitter synthesis in the brain)
2) r-lipoic acid (improves insulin functions)
3) Yerba Mate (improves mood, antioxidant)
4) enhancers of insulin sensitivity-- chromium picolinate,
green tea extract, etc.

I bought some Mega-T tablets at Sam's Club two weeks ago...
one of those really really rev me UP....
It is too soon for me to comment on the weight loss issue, but it does REV you up... I can't even take two a day. I only use one in the morning. Some days I don't take it, because I find if I do it 3 days in a row, I can't sleep well!

3 of the ingredients are excellent.... 1) green tea extract, 2) garcinia has been shown to suppress appetite in medical studies, and 3) the chromium type is more potent than the picolinate type.

The other ingredients, I am less attracted to, but they come with the package.
It wasn't expensive either at SAMs... $15.00 for two bottles.
This will last me almost a year at this rate!
