Lightbulb as long

as you dilute it safely, it doesn't matter what you dilute it with.

If you like peppermint and find it useful, there is a very nice
tea made by Bigelow:

I've used this tea for YEARS/decades!

Lightbulb I wasn't suggesting

you buy it online. Only to show you what it looks like.

The online price is for 6 boxes. (probably for small business owners, or restaurants or people who live in remote areas with few stores).

They sell that tea in Canada for under $3, so I'm sure you can find it at a very inexpensive cost.

I'd personally be very wary about ingesting Peppermint Essential Oil without talking to someone qualified first. I have read warnings about dangers of ingesting peppermint oil in certain instances.

NOTE: I'm going to have to sent my site with that information on it to a Mod. to make sure that I can post it. It is a commercial site so I'm not sure yet. I'll come back with the info. if I can.

The tea is beautiful. I'd stick with the tea or better still grow some and make tea with it that way.
