Default Optimal level

The optimal level of methylcobalamin is high to off the chart when a person is trying to heal.

The better B12 lab ranges have no upper number.

Taking 5000 mcg methylcobalamin per day pretty much guarantees that your spinal fluid and tissues will be getting lots. Good!
