Default Should i call my doctor??? Lack o vitamin d

Hi, for about two years now i have been having a problems with my legs and back. From 1-10 i would say the uncomfortableness was a 2. I've been having problems with my nervous or circulationin in the lower aprt of my legs. All i know is that i have a lot of sudden urges to stretch my leg strings from my knee to myl ankle and twist my lower back side to side like i was strethching.

The last 2 months that 2 has went to a 5 when i'm busy and 7 when i'm still. Theres numbness in my legs and my back , i feel alot of presure . I got some blood and my doctors secretary calls me with the results saying i'm lacking vitamin D and to come and pick up a perscription. My grandmother and Aunt both have cirulation problems . Should i set up an appointment with my doctor or take the medication and see if it works. I'm kinda of scared. Has any one had this problem before or known someone who has?

Wink

Yes, I'd follow thru and take the Vit D. Doctors are testing for this regularly now in most patients.

However, there is no guarantee that this is what is causing your stiffness.

I'd also suggest you get B12 levels drawn. Anything below 500
should also be supplemented.
