Default Vitamin levels

Hello everyone! I recently had my vitamin levels checked and I wanted to share that information with you so you can help me to find out if these levels are ok.

These are the results of the studies:

Vitamin D 45 ng/mL
Folic acid 15 ng/mL
Calcium 10.4 mg/dL
Vitamin b12 996 pg/mL
Magnesium 1.90 mg/dL

Are these levels fine? And if they are ok, do you think i should still take supplements?

I was thinking about taking vitamin d, cause i have seen several articles that describe how it can help with neuropathic pain, but I don't know if, given my levels, it would be a bad idea.

I also had my fasting insulin and fasting glucose analyzed and these were the results.

Fasting glucose 87md/dL
Fasting insuline 10.49 uU/mL

Could these levels indicate pre diabetes??

Thank you for your input guys.
