Default Supplements you found an actual benefit from?

I am trying to be consistent with my supplements and I know we are all different but was wondering for others what supplements they take that they found a difference in how they feel? Not just the numbers but actual feeling rather more energy,a big one for me would be less pain, etc. I can't say I see an actual change in any of mine but I will say I continue to take the magnesiumn glycinate cause I have read a lot about it helping the cramping in limbs and I guess the calcium with d since I have osteoporsis but good d levels. Maybe the omegas not with pain but clearing up some of my skin conditions. Not supplement but I have started drinking water and really cut down the diet soda I think that is a good thing though don't think it has helped my pain. Thanks
