Oh yes I have the kangaroo pooch I call it. It also comes with pressure and stomach noises. I have IBS with C. I wonder if you may. Some foods like other stated are a no for me such as beans but even some veggies you need to look at that are hard to diegst. I have had this pre ed since a teen. I also think eating smaller more frequent meals can help.
Mrs D I wish I could work on my sugars and I know in the long run I would feel better but in the short run it is so hard. Hopefully if one sees benefits that can make it easier of course
