I had bread today! Had a cheeseburger and ate the bun! It was delicious! Also had coleslaw. Stauffers Mac n Cheese can't be any better than that burger today.

I'll have to be good about dinner tonight..girls went home after lunch and the beds are stripped.

How are you doing Kitty?

there is conflicting data about my sub way sandwich
Veggie max patty Several sources say it has 160 calories for the patty and when you do the math it works out to be just that. (it took me a long time to figure that out)
but the daily plate calorie counter says it has only 70 calories and says that it was verified.
that is a 90 calorie difference....????
I don't know waht to believe...it is very good though and would like to believe that it only has 70 calories but that is too good to be true in my opinion.
the sandwich the way I like to eat it has 470 calories on a flat bread with pepperjack cheese. they say it should only be 380 calories.
any way...again I don't know what to believe...

Did good today. Ate my Healthy Choice Turkey dinner about 4:30 PM so I won't be eating anything else today. It really helps me if I don't eat after 5 PM or so.

Alffe, that cheeseburger sounds so good. I love cheeseburgers. That's going to be the first "bad" thing I eat when I reach a plateau! I wish it'd happen soon!!

I like healthy choice dinners too.
there was one called caribean chicken and was spicy it was good!
I can't go to bed hungry so i eat something that has a modest amount of calories before bed time.
what ever works for you!!!!!
keep up the good work that you are doing kitty!

Had a spinich salad with nuts and feta cheese for dinner last night. Found a wonderful Garlic vinagrette salad dressing!

I went to the grocery last night and bought enough Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice dinners to last me a few weeks. I try to get the ones lowest in carbs but I did get a few that were not.

I also got some zucchini and yellow squash. I love to dice it up along with a vidalia onion and sautee it in just a dab of Smart Balance margarine. Sooooo good! And filling. But it does cause you to be a bit gassy! Good think I'm alone most of the time!

oh kitty I love to saute veggies too! This last time I used about 1/2 cup of chicken broth instead of oil to "saute" peppers and onions and yellow squash....alittle bit of stir fry sauce and it was very good! I thnk I minced up some garlic too.
