Oh I made the most delicious Asparagus soup!! Yum. Maybe have to fix that when Brian is here.
And Kitty, I also love Tilapia but pay more than that for it...I'll have to look for your brand.

I went to the grocery and bought every single package they had! Now, I have about 11 packages of it in my freezer!
 It's so good......they had another flavor, too. Garlic and butter. It was delicious. So easy to cook, too. 400 degrees for 20 minutes in a foil lined pan. What could be easier?!Well, I've broken my plateau and started losing again. I finally weighed after weeks of avoiding the scale and I'm down another 4 pounds! I even made sure by weighing several times within a five minute period. They were all the same. I finally got to buy a big 'ole seedless watermelon. It was so good. It's history now!

that is fantastic kitty congratulations!!!!!!
I had the best watermellon the other day when we went canoeing, it had jalepenos and cilantro in it., mom makes it with feta cheese that is wonderful!!!!! bizi

No mom, I odn't have the recipe...I thought she jsut used cayenne pepper because every bite had the flavor, it was a bit hot.
so when she told me she used the peppers that made sense but I did not se any she must have chopped them very finely and I bet she used a fresh one so use gloves. bizi

I was out of town with a girl friend for a few days, had an amazing side dish last night at the beu Rivage casino restaurant....
FRIED MACARONI AND CHEESE!!!! only in mississippi!!!! it was very good by the way......

Ummmmmmmmmmm had company for lunch today...made meringues, sliced fresh strawberries into coconut rum, vanilla, juice of an orange, sugar and topped it all with whipped cream. We won't be eating again until tomorrow but it was worth it.
 I gave up on Gortons...maybe it's a regional brand?? Fried mac n cheese????

this is how the waitress explained it.
make regular mac and cheese then freeze it and cut into a block then bread it and then deep fry it...the out side is a crispy layer with reg mac and cheese gooey on the inside. yum!
