hi clouds

muscle weighs more than fat. so you might be getting leaner..more muscle.

do you drink soda's? beer? carbonated drinks can cause that round stomach look. have you tried strengthening the abdominal wall? crunches?

i'm glad you are eating good!! i love apples. eat atleast 1 a day. fuji apples are my favorite.

for a year and a half ive drank maybe 6 large bottles of soda-its bad has high fructose corn

i drink seltzer water with italian soda or juice with tea and a little sugar and beer at times

i think up stuff like coffee is bad then im back on it
i think coffee with the milk is bad because it helps the coffee go down with the milk then you realize you had too much caffiene -better to drink it black

i think the caffiene almost killed me yesterday

Apples do cause gas because of the Pectin in them. This might be the cause of the bloat. Try some gas-x or phazyme and see if that works at all. That or cut down the amount of apples you eat daily for a week and see if that helps.
According to the website, www.pdrhealth.com/drug_info/nmdrugprofiles/nutsupdrugs/pec_0198.shtml, Pectin may cause such gastrointestinal symptoms as flatulence, cramps, gas and diarrhea.
So that is what it may be as well.

Clouds - Hello! Nice to "see" you here. I think Wendy was just giving information about what apples may do to some people. I can't eat many apples for those very reasons. But apples are still a great way to get nutrients.
