You may not be getting enough good fats in your diet and your skin may be getting really dry.
you could try rubbing lotion on you arms and legs and feet and hands..the fiction alone will help warm you up and the moisture from the lotion will help to hold your own body heat better. I hate being cold! Sometimes I take a shower before bed cause I jsut can't get warm. bizi
