Thumbs Up Congrat's BBlack~ Welcome!

Yes BBlack, Please keep us motivated. Some of us are trying to go off Neuro drugs. The Neurotin was my first down fall, now its Cymbalta. It flares when I cut down on it. Its a struggle to keep the right balance with Diabetes. I am excerising more and slowly some weight is coming off.

Thanks for coming in, and let us know how you are doing from week to week. You have had a good loss.
Billie

Default

I was looking back over this thread and saw that I had lost 10 pounds last June! It came back! Tomorrow I will weigh myself and start again. I was down 6 pounds with all this baby chasing and stuff but I am sure it came back too. I will know in the AM!!

Default Life isn't always "down-hill" and neither is weightloss

LIZARD, who'll be back here Friday
We can't always lose at the same rate. I've been "stuck" this week. So far, 12 lbs in all though. Good luck to everyone!
