well i had a muffin debacle yesterday - LOL
not the giant ones at the stores but medium homemade blueberry ones...3...

so aiming to do more exercises and eat good today.
I did have a big green salad for dinner last nite to help balance the muffins.

Billie, that doll looks so life like I thought it was a real baby. I am getting ready to take the kid down to take her driving test. She is so antsy she is driving me crazy. Well I stayed busy today and had a special K bar for lunch. Hopefully I can post some weight loss on the board soon...Sue

i am trying to stick to weight loss plan but sometimes it seems like the less i eat the more weight i gain. plus i am getting so antsy sitting here and waiting for my dr to say ican go back to work. the weather is very cold and it is supposed to get down to 7 by sunday. go colts
