Since I am up so early today because of this darn flu or bug or whatever this is, I thought I would start RC. Well I thought I was getting better last night because I was able to sleep right away and felt okay. I was optimistic. Well about 30 minutes ago I woke up in sweat and I know that it is nice and cool in the apartment. I really don't have anything unusual just that icky feeling when you know you are sick. No runny nose or cough, stomach is a little off, but I can live with that. I have a slight temp but nothing to worry about. The only major complaint I have is that My chest keeps itching. My skin is so dry that I have to keep putting heavy skin cream on, ehm ehm, the girls and have my clothing loose. Or else I itch like crazy!!!
Well with all my health issues going on, it is nice for a change to have a "normal" thing to deal with. If you call the flu normal. Okay it may be normal, but right now it is not very nice!!!

Good Morning! Wendy, I hope you get to feeling better today. I'm up because I had a good nights sleep last night. I don't know if I have to cook today or not. I invited my pastors family because they were in another state yesterday and now they haven't let me know. I have plenty of time to cook so think I will. I made a cherry pie yesterday and drinks and its not that hard to just go ahead and fix a meal.

Wish I would have listen to the weather last night. I can't tell if the sun is going to shine or not. This is just my usuall time of waking up. We had ice yesterday.

Billie, my crib is up and now I am hunting a place to put it! My Granddaughter has a plan so we will try her idea today. Now...to find the real looking baby for it.

I made it through ONE WHOLE DAY yesterday on my "d" plan. Feel so good about it and pray I can add another day today.

Wendy - Clouds is right about the apple cider vinegar cure for the yucks. My friend was staying with me and felt really awful that afternoon and evening. She took equal parts vinegar and water and was much better in the morning. I'm not sure of exactly how much but it was like 2-3 tablespoons. Maybe Clouds can tell us.

Gaye, Billie and Bizi - I hope you have a wonderful day as well. As for me, I did some cleaning as my brother in-law is coming to play golf for a couple of days. Tonight is the "Superbowl for Women". Not all women, of course, but those like me who get the biggest kick out of watching stars collect their Oscars. People watching is a sport for me anyway and this is my night and I told those two men that they better behave and let me have the big TV!

Have to run now - talk to you all tomorrow! Oh, I didn't loose weight this week but didn't gain so this next week I need to buckle down. Gotta have that faith. . .

I don't mind at all cooking for company when I know there likes and dislikes. They went to a game after dinner so Bear & I went to our favorite store. I got another small doll and a king size blue sheet. Most of mine are getting fadey looking & this one doesn't. Now I can bath doll tonight and do her hair.

We are going tomorrow too, if the weather holds out, it is senior day. I got some paint to paint a spare bed & a baby bed. Now that is faith. I don't even own one yet! LOL

Gaye did you find a place for the crib yet? What did hubby say??? Come on and fess up! One Baby, I bet you'll have a bunch in it. I know I would. I have them everywhere now, so it don't look so cluttered. Now I need a shelf! Those Raggy Anne dolls really can be put on the wall. I put a big safty pin it the back of their head and hang them on a screw. They look better that way , than sitting or proped up.

Well think I will go feed my farm cats so I can get an earily start on shopping tomorrow.
