Morning all! Great weather we are finally having in this area. Its already 66 here and not even noon! Trying to enjoy it but I keep having back spasms.
Someone asked me for some good books to read since I have been on a reading spree as of late.
If you like Sci-Fi/Fantasy the Samaria series by Sharon Shinn is great! Very romantic and enthralling!
If you like regular fiction, The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield is very good.
I also linger in the true crime genre but it is an aquired taste so if you are into that let me know and I can finger out some good reads.
Right now I am reading A Pickpocket's Tale by Timothy Gilfoyle which is about the underworld in 19th century New York. True tale by the way.

Anyway....there are my selections....enjoy! Have a great weekend everyone!

howdy all.

getting my excersie today. hubby rented a storage unit,so we are fillin' it up. i am NOT going to do heavy lifting. i am a very hurt monkey right now. i'm doing the pointing fingers at wheich boxes go where and will push the hand truck.

laundry while hubby and lil'monkey go take loads.

my appitite has been wacky. stress makes me go right to the snack type of foods. i have done pretty well not having any here. lots of raw carrots. lol.

with my back being in such bad shape i'm not getting the excerise i need...except for house cleaning.

and prayers for everyone.

It's good to see you back on again. Sorry, you are having back issues. Did you ever move or not? I seen some of your art on a different forum and don't remember where. You are a good artist. So much talent and a beautiful home.
I hope you can come over and join us some. We need pepper upper! lol We have had are share of aches and pains too.

Dear curious,
Try to rest when you can, make yourslef lie flat for an hour in the afternoon or maybe even a bath so that you can have some quiet private me time...anyway you could do this?
You continue to have a lot of stress and I wish you wellness thru out all of this.

Hi Shelley!! I put a treadmill update in my thread "Walk my way to thin" just tonight. I will make it!! There is a thinner, more energetic, healthier, happier me under this excess weight and I WILL get it off. I can feel that inside me...don't know how to explain it but I feel a change coming!!!
