I also have the Eat Right for your Blood Type book.
It has a list of recomended top foods for each blood type.
I'll post those when I have spare time.
i probably won't have time today. hubby on a diff work schedule {have to be quiet- no key clattering- LOL} so he can sleep.

I get it now!
way to go on drinking the water....I really don't like just drinking water...does my coffee count at all? I drink about 2 cups of that a day.

the thing about coffee is that it has diuretic qualities- so you get the fluid but it is excreted out also.
juices - diluted
water w/ a squeeze of lemon or ?/ to give some flavor??

Another great thread. I'm on a bumping roll. Sorry if it bothers some of you, but I think they are important, and some new people may not have seen them. Hopefully more replies will be added to all of the threads.

You want to eat the HIGH numbered foods. HIGH numbers are good here. OK, now that I've made it clear to ME....
