I also have the Eat Right for your Blood Type book.
It has a list of recomended top foods for each blood type. I'll post those when I have spare time. i probably won't have time today. hubby on a diff work schedule {have to be quiet- no key clattering- LOL} so he can sleep. |

I get it now! way to go on drinking the water....I really don't like just drinking water...does my coffee count at all? I drink about 2 cups of that a day. bizi

the thing about coffee is that it has diuretic qualities- so you get the fluid but it is excreted out also.
juices - diluted water w/ a squeeze of lemon or ?/ to give some flavor?? |
