Default Saturday Roll Call

Hi all,

I've lost about 6 pounds since hanging out with my friend Doug this past month. It's not much but the times that were not stressful I did not feel the need to eat much. He went to the emergency room last Tuesday and got out so much better. He's doing so great that I am on top of the world again. How is everyone else doing?
