Well my back is much better today than the last few days. Very painful.
Yesterday was a rough day all around. I was thrown into the water and taught how to swim at my job. I think I did okay. I made a couple of mistakes but nothing that could not be fixed.
Well in a noticable way, I am loosing weight. One of the dresses I bought for work is fitting a little differently today than last time I wore it. A few less bumps. I haven't put myself on a scale, but I really don't want to jinx myself at this point. I know I am eating less because I'm not home lounging on the couch doing nothing and I am moving more.
So maybe I can finally loose all this fat.
Well....its off to the races!

Good for you Wendy! I sure need to loose. Got a Dr. appointment soon. I made it home from Gaye's and we had a ball. They treat you like a princess & my every need was taken care of. I haven't laughed so much since I seen Gaye a couple months ago. Her hubby is sooooo nice. I am going to put a nice pic on, to show you one of the places they took me. Really hated to leave but was getting spoilled, not doing any work. Her husband is a great cook. Needless to say I am worn out today. Just can't get anything done.
