Hi Wendy,

I have started to drink Crystal Light lemonade instead of so much sodas. I think it has helped me a great deal in my diet.

started my day off with big ole decaf and was out the door. bad monkey.

have eaten a handful of raw veggies. carrots and broccoli. almost time for lunch. just me and grandmonkey today. he needs to put on weight..so i know i'm not eating what he eats.

Maybe we can really get this forum moving and lots more members and helpers if we stick more to the subject of losing weight. Hugs all! Gaye

Well I am on my way. Being careful what I eat. I can't even think about the amount yet. I'll try to walk the dog this evening. I have cleaned the one space where I keep baking dishes. Been aiming to do that since I moved in. Now if I can just clean the kitchen cabinets I will be ready for healthy foods!
God Bless,
BC

Edit to add: Come on everybody lets get started.

I'm in, just finished a huge water. Should go measure it. I'm feeling hungry and want to cook up my ground turkey, any suggestions my new friends?

i love ground turkey. makes awesome little meat balls. i add some bread crumbs or fat free cracker crumbs...lots of spices..egg white and some water for moisture. with a marinara sauce..perfect with a side of pasta.

chicken marsala here tonight. very low fat version. i don't add the salt either. the frozen chicken breats unfortunatly already have it. lots and lots of mushrooms and added veggies. whole wheat angel hair pasta. and a salad.

leftover cake...ooo...la.la
