Default Thursday RC!
Well I guess it just doesn't pay to get out of bed in the morning. Right now I would love to have ice cream and its 8:30 in the morning. I screwed up big time at work and got my backside reamed by a person and now I am all stressed.
Now I know I am going to get it from my boss when she comes in later. Just what I needed this AM.
Sorry I had to vent.....but I really want ice cream right now!!!!!

Heart Hi Everybody~
Sorry I haven't been posting much lately. I have been depressed some. It's just that I get to missing hubby and it take awhile to get out of it again. I wish I didn't have to go threw this so often. I am better today. Gaye sent me the nicest bouquet of flowers. Today is my birthday. I went out to have birthday supper at my friends house last night. They sang happy birthday and had me a cake. They too are nice to me.

My Dr. called Tuesday and said I have to be careful with my diet, as I am on the bubble side of high. So I have to loose or go on shots. I am a diebetic & don't enjoy watching and weighing everything I eat. I am just 3 pounds over my normal weight but that don't matter. Its the sugar that gives me trouble.
I am sending you a pic of the beautiful flowers Gaye sent.

It's turning out to be a very good day. I gave Bear (dog) a bath and he is happy too! Its a quiet day, but thats what I needed. Bear and I have been on the floor playing with his toys. Its to hot to be outside but real comfy in here.
I've done real well on diet this week. I'm finely not craving the candy and ice cream so much. I'm staying away from the stores that carry my favorites tho. I am following the exercise'a you mentioned on other threads. Sure wish my treadmill was fixed. Its almost to hot to just walk. Bear is willing to go to the park here in my town, but he likes to stop and smell things. We have a nice park. We go there almost daily on the golf cart.
