Default Add a dip for those veggies?

Does anyone have a recipe for a yummy low fat, low calorie dip for those fresh vegtables?

I had a recipe for a good fruit dip years ago but lost it.

The fresh stuff is good but even better with dip...

Billie - thanks for responding to my little rhyme. I am going to try your desert soon as we love our diet pudding.

Thanks all,
Nancy

the ole package of ranch dressing in low fat sour cream. i like todd some chopped spinich. fresh has to be cooked. minced onion add somes crunch.

if you like spicey, try just adding picante sauce to low fat sour cream or the dry taco seasoning. mixing it up the night before is best.

i know we all try and stay clear of the ice cream section, but there are some very good low cal, low fat or no fat frozen treats. sherbet...ices...wonderful to have those wth the fruit in season.

one trick that is realy helping me. i have a salad every night. i eat it WHILE i am cooking dinner. keeps me from sampleling too much and by the time dinner is done, my stomach is partially full and my brain knows it!

i have dished up my normal amount an dnot been able to eat it all once this week. so i'm going to use one of grandmonkey's smaller plates.
