Default Share Your Favorite Diet Treats

One of biggest challenges for me, personally, is my darn sweet tooth. So, I thought maybe I wasn't alone and would ask for your help and ideas.

I'd like to know what you might eat to satisfy your sweet tooth that is "diet approved". For example, I found the no fat, no calories pudding and also the low fat, low/zero calorie whipped topping. Add some fruit and YUMMY, what a treat. But I'm a little sick of pudding after 8 months.

What wonderful diet treats are out there? Let's share some recipes and ideas and stories about sweet tooth challenges!! What keeps you going when you crave something good that's diet approved?

Curious - what do you feed your little monkeys that you can also partake of? Oh, I know, my favorite fruit - BANANAS!!! LOL

Just like we learned in kindergarten, it's nice to share.

Later. . .

Default We can't wait!

Come on girls. Any other good stuff out there? Breads? Rolls? (which I guess are bread), blended drinks? Ohhh cookies, yummy.

Bakers, cooks, and pie makers too - Yes, Billie, we are calling you too! We want goodies to chop on, goodies to share, goodies to eat in our favorite chair. Cold treats, hot treats and some in-between, if we cannot have goodies, we might become mean.

HA HA HA! I think I'd better quit. But you all know what I mean.

Love ya,
Nancy

I like the 100 calorie snack packs that Nabisco and other companies have come out with. That way you get your craving fixed and you aren't eating a whole box of cookies.

i did the comparision because some snacks aren't going to fill you up for very long. also when foods don't have much nutrition, you are going to start craving what you body needs. they do tend to add lots of sodium too.

i think they are great as a treat or when nothing else is available.
