Well officially in my office it is 64 degrees according to the Facilities people. Which is not doing me any good FM wise. My back is very unhappy. Should have brought my heating pad to work with me.
As for losing 10 pounds, I am just going to keep doing what I am doing. Making sure I get up and walk around at work, using my pedometer and eating my lean cuisine lunches. I know what I am do is working so far, because I am wearing a dress today that I couldn't wear before! So Yippee for me!  Have a great day everyone.

WAY TO GO WENDY! YIPEEEEEEEE! frggie
I bought some chocolate chip cookies and ate about 5 of them...realized that I really was not tasting them that much and that I honestly had rather have a ham sandwich for lunch. You know, all the junk food does, is make me fee "urpy".  So how come I do it? Good question isn't it.Got my Pride scooter today and I am beside myself. Was on the way home from the hand therapist when my neighbor called and said a big eighteen wheeler had my scooter for me and I told her to tell him to leave it with her. Got home and there sat a big ole box with it in it on my deck. WOW, it blew my mind. Daughter-in-love (never law..just in love) got out the batteries and they are charging on my counter in the kitchen. I can't wait to ride it. Only trouble is that I can not lift the batteries at all (35 lbs) so will have to have someone help me if I go off. Still I am just so excited to have some new legs that I can ride around the park where I live or go to a festival or something. What a GREAT DAY! Hugs to all, froggie

I am so happy that your scooter arrived safe and sound!
Once the battery is in place there should be a cord for you to be able to leave it on the scooter and just simply plug it in to charge ..... bizi
