dorrie, what about a "sweet" drink like the sugar free lemon ades...the crystal ight types? or a sugar free popcycle? jello also makes sugar fee pudding.

i do know what you mean. i like a little sweet after dinner...ok...24/7...i have been eating a coffee nip candy after dinner. i bought both the sugar free and fat free.

Thanks Curious! As we speak Hubby is cracking open a bag of chips and dill pickle chip dip. I had such a decent food day that I do not want to wreck it. If I can get 1 day in it helps so much! One day at a time....like my AA meetings...is how I can do it. I can't handle the thought of a week ...without yummies but when I do it one day or even one meal at a time it really helps. Of course I have to want it and be ready too....sorta like quitting smoking! I have some low cal puddings in the cupboard. I think I will do the dishes, fold the laundry and then indulge in the pudding. If I am gonna binge it won't be as bad...I think there is only 30 cals or so in a serving..YUM!
