I fixed Mr.Alffe a big breakfast (at his request) and gee, it looked so good.
I'm still thinking about the Kashi Go Lean Crunch....

I love whole grain bagels but that's a big bagel...maybe I'll just have egg beaters and a banana.

I'm enjoying the "aftermath" of last nights debates.... boy will I be glad when this election is over!

I hope everyone can see the sun today and remember that it's behind the clouds sometimes.

Clear, crisp and chilly here in Georgia. Looks like a great day...little Zoe is begging to go outside. I just want to stay inside a little longer.

Yeah! Nancy remembers to check in earlier than bedtime. It's a beautiful day here for the Trick or Treaters. We don't get kids at the door here. What they do is ask people to come to the parking lot of one of the schools and then hand their candy out from the trunk/back of their vehicles. We've never been able to go so I don't know what the plan is for this year. I love to see the kids dressed up. Heck, I dressed up almost every year throughout my career. My last year I was the Cowardly Lion and it took me forever to make that costume! The rest of my management staff were the other characters from the Wizard of Oz and we had a blast giving out candy and prizes. Not much work got done that day.

Is anyone going to dress up in a costume today/tonight?????

i need a reminder to check in. bad monkey. i try to do it befor ei take the kids to school. if i don't..i keep forgetting. sorry.

i'm not sure if i will dress up this year nancy. we live in a new place this year. townhouses. the management handed out orange tags to put on your door if you are handing out treats. good idea. saves the kids from going to doors where people aren't giving candy and the people won't be bothered.

oh alffe...that kashi cereal is really good on yogurt.



i'll try and get back later. we need o start our water and exercise threads again. healthy snacks....recipes......

Just finished the haunting of our yard...our neighbor took pictures for us...will post them when I figure out how to do that.
