Heart This is so gooood~

I'm sorry I couldn't use Gaye's copy. It was to big, and my copy was to small to read. So I retyped it. Everyone should make at least one to see how good it is!
Hugs, Billie

Thanks so much Sis. I should have typed it myself but I wasn't using my head as usual. UGH

Great Marcaroni & Cheese
4 cups cooked Macaroni
12 oz Cheese (I use sharp)
1 jar Pimento
1/2 cup onions (saute or not...I don't)
1/2 cup Bell Pepper
1 can Mushroom Soup
1 cup Mayonaise

Mix all ingredients together .
Heat 350 until hot and bubbly.
Variation: Use Rice instead of Macroni

This stuff is so good and it is NOT low cal. Ha, thats why it is so good!

The frog is better today and not feeling so crazzy. Going to visit in the Nursing Home where my Daughter works so I should come out feeling like a human again. I am so much in love with my two precious SPECIAL guys there. One is, I think the word nowadays is challenged, but it used to be called retarted. (Please correct me as to proper word someone...do not wish to offend anyone with wrong language) My special Bill is 65 and my age, but thinks I am older, he is blind and can hardly hear. He calls me mama-in-law and Don Parking Deck George (Don's first name) He is a 6 feet something very large and hugs me to pieces, tells me he has missed me, and many more wonderful things. Cusses too, due to being raised with his family (which are lovely people) owning a Junkyard and guess he must have heard some good words, hanging around there..LOL. They aren't really all that bad just so very funny and cute when Bill says them.
My other baby is in his nineties, skinny and drawn up and so frail. He calls me his girl friend and I always ask him who loves him and he laughs a wonderful laugh and says "YOU DO!" Then he sings I got a Woman Way over Town Thats Good To Me! Says Don comes first but he is my next best man ! I also have others I love it is just that these 2 are MY Babies! Going to see them always puts a song in my heart, and sometimes I have been so happy to visit there, that the blessings from those wonderful people leave me in awe. Old folks are very close to the heart of God and they can sure make a person think and me rejoice.

This is lots of my saddness lately that I can't go more often to see my babies. It is one of the things in life that I love to do the most...even more than collecting frogs. I just pray that someday in the near future I will be able to get over my PCS, (which causes cognitive problems) and dizziness and be able to think clearly enough to drive again. If not, then I will, as I always do, just make the best of it...accept it and take what I have and pray real hard for contentment!

Hugs, froggie that is trying so hard to HOP AGAIN...it's OK to use a Rollater to hop for a frog I hope. LOL

OH my GOODNESS, I can't believe this...Daughter just called and Bill wanted to talk to me on the phone so he just hollers real loud what he wants to say to me. I have to tell my daughter what to say to him for me cause he can't hear a word on the phone. He was so sweet and soooo very funny as usual. I can't believe he called while I was writing about him. He is soooo excited that Don and I are comming tomorrow. It is 45 minutes away from here so another reason why I don't get there as often as I would like too. WOW, I am crying happy tears. Whoopee!

Default Thanks so much!

I have company right now that will help me make it. It will be so much fun. Is Don the chef at Mrs Froggie's house? My hubby cooks sometimes. Tonight he is making porkchops stuffed with wild rice.

Thanks again for all you help yesterday! I knew I could count on you.

Has anyone heard from Fibro Wendy? Is she doing ok?

It's in the 80's here again but around Thanksgiving we are finally going to get to normal temps in the 60's.

My guests drove down to Vegas for the day. Hubby and I are tired so we stayed here with the dogs - their poodle and our weiner dog.

Bye for now,
Nancy
