Jo, I agree with you so much about the "dieting". An eating plan sounds nice and anyone can have an eating plan. Most slim people are weight concious and they follow this concept. Only difference: their plan is to stay where they are...ours is to lose.
I will use "the eating plan" from now too. That is if I don't forget and use the "d" word...oh...my silly memory. So please remind me if ya catch me saying the wrong word.

eating plan, eating plan, eating plan, eating plan, eating plan, eating plan, eating plan, eating plan, eating plan, eating plan. Now maybe I want forget after writing it 10x's.
