Here's a few clues:
eat more often eat less per meal eat more complex carbs eat high quality low fat proteins turn off the TV and go for a walk The above has been proven to work for every single person who has done that. No "diet" other than the "weight watchers" plan has been shown to hold any long term potential at all, and few if any of the rest of the 31 "diet" plans study by the UC folks were shown to have any helth benifits what-so-ever short mid or long term. Diet is what makes you who you are, not what you do. Nutrition Info Servings Per Recipe: 6 Amount Per Serving Calories: 433 Total Fat: 41.1g <<<< That's 370 calories Cholesterol: 38mg Sodium: 787mg Total Carbs: 5.6g <<< That's 22.5 calories Dietary Fiber: 1.7g Protein: 14.8g <<< That's 57.25 calories "Low Carb" high fat high protein "diets" are going to get you nowhere. Less fat, more complex unrefined carbs and high quality proteins, and walk or swim or do something is the only way to lose weight permanently. It would be much better served by changing the dietary regimen, and eschewing "diets" they don't often work and when they do it's NEVER for long, oh yeah, and go for a walk every day..... And besides, "low carb" doesn't work, nutritionally. |
